Julia Osborne, 93, Warsaw, passed away at 11:24 p.m. Nov. 19, 2015, in her residence. She was born Aug. 19, 1922, in Marrowbone, Ky., to Walter and Ethel Bartley Perkins. She was married to Troy Osborne, who preceded her in death in 1982. She has been a Kosciusko County resident since 1965. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her children, Ruby (and spouse Garnett) Newsome, Lynn (and spouse Joe) Ousley, Sybil (and spouse Phil) Gates and Wanda Willard, all of Warsaw; a brother, Jack (and spouse Joann) Perkins, California; 18 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Lois Shepherd; a son, James Music; five brothers and five sisters. A private service will be Tuesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Joe Ousley officiating.
