Julia A. "Judy" Hite, 69, of Plymouth, died at 2:52 a.m. April 12, 2010, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.
She was born Sept. 14, 1940, in North Manchester, to Arby and Dorothy Utter. On Oct. 13, 1979, in Warsaw, she married Charles "Robert" Hite, who survives.
Moving to Plymouth from Warsaw eight years ago, she was a hostess for Bertsch Services, Warsaw.
Also surviving are two daughters, Cathy (and spouse Gary) Weaver, Claypool, and Vanessa (and spouse the Rev. Robert) O'Dell, Pierceton; three grandchildren: Jason (and spouse Megan) Weaver, Milford; Jessica (and spouse J.D.) Double, New Paris; and Amanda (and spouse Philip) King, Milford; four great-granddaughters: Kaitlyn, Tiffanie, Madyson and Audra; and five brothers: James, Richard, Joe and Mark (and spouse Jackie) Utter, all of Logansport, and Steve (and spouse Debra) Utter, Rochester. She was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Sue Putnam.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, officiated by Pastor Glen Hughes of Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, Warsaw.
