Judy Kaye LybargerJudy Kaye Lybarger, 79, rural Claypool, died at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at her residence.
Judy was born June 19, 1943, in Hartford City, to Wright Carson and Wilma Jeanette Garver Payne. She was married Jan. 3, 1962, in Watervliet, Mich., to Jon C. Lybarger; he survives.
Memorial visitation hours will be 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30 at Faith Outreach Center, 1125 E. 9th St., Rochester.
The memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30 at Faith Outreach Center, 1125 E. 9th St., Rochester, with Pastor Terry Baldwin officiating. Her interment will take place in the Marion National Cemetery of Marion.
