Judy was born on Jan. 15, 1948, in Wabash, to John and Marie R. Metzger Wittwer.
Judy married Thomas Frederick on Dec. 22, 1967; he died July 17, 2015.
Burial will be Friday, Aug. 6 at 1 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery, Myrtle Glen Drive, Silver Lake.
The family of Judy Ann Frederick has entrusted McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with final arrangements.
