SYRACUSE - Juanita Miller, 89, of North Webster, died at 11:20 p.m. July 6, 2008, in her residence.

She was born Feb. 19, 1919, in Silver Lake, to William I. and Maude M. Robinson Geiger. On Nov. 24, 1942, in Pyrmont, she married Robert B. Miller, who died Nov. 8, 2003.

She graduated from Silver Lake High School in 1937, and Wayne University of Beauty Culture, Fort Wayne, in 1940. A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she was a homemaker and a member of North Webster Church of God, Hi Neighbor Club and Goodwill Home Economics Club.

Surviving are three daughters: Linda Roberts, North Webster; Barbara Freel (and Darrell Brookins), Leesburg; and Cheryl (and spouse Max) Hoppel, Elwood; a son, Roger (and spouse Paula) Miller, North Webster; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jean Treesh, Milford. She was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at North Webster Church of God with Pastors Jeff Boyer and Dennis Judy officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse.
