SYRACUSE - Juanita L. "Jimmy" Waltz, of North Webster, died at 1 p.m. April 25, 2008, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born in Bourbon, to Earl Brice and Dessie Mae Kreider Bair. On Feb. 28, 1944, she married Henry Waltz, who survives.
Moving to North Webster from Fort Wayne in 1976, she was a personnel manager at Sears (Glenbrook), Fort Wayne, for 20 years. She was a member of North Webster United Methodist Church and Syracuse Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and a member and past president of North Webster American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Also surviving are two sons, Phillip (and spouse Diana) Waltz, Warner Robins, Ga., and Richard (and spouse Linda) Waltz, Pierceton; two daughters, Jane (and spouse Doug) Kuilema, North Webster, and Jody (and spouse Brent) Gordon, Syracuse; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Hazel Mae Borror, Bradenton, Fla.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with Pastor Scott Mann officiating. Burial will be in South Whitley Cemetery.
