NOW, THEREFORE, the above-captioned Verified Motion for Defacto Custody or in the Alternative for Step Parent Parenting Time hereby set for hearing on the 10th day of July, 2017, at the Courthouse in the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, in the Kosciusko Superior Court I at 10 o’clock A.M. and notice is hereby given accordingly that the same will be heard and determined on said date.
