NORTH MANCHESTER – Joyette Bragg, 83, North Manchester, died at 1:05 p.m. May 17, 2015, in Select Specialty Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born May 16, 1932, in Logan County, W.Va., to Willis and Maude Estep Chafin. Her companion of 42 years, Richard Ihnen, Liberty Mills, survives. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial is in South Pleasant Cemetery, Silver Lake.
