MARION - Joyce A. "Jody" Skinner, 67, of Warsaw, died at 11:28 a.m. July 14, 2010, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born in Marion to Chalmer and Audrie Bradley Fultz. On July 5, 1959, she married Charles R. "Bud" Skinner, who died April 21, 1993.
She retired from the Marion VA Medical Center in 1994, where she was chief ward administrator.
Surviving are two sons, Skip Skinner (and Roxanne Johnson), Leesburg, and Trace Skinner, Warsaw; a brother, Randy Fultz (and spouse Susan Marley), Marion; significant other, Ron Peconga, Warsaw; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, with the Rev. Dutch Darnell officiating. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Fairmount.
