ROCHESTER – Joseph Leonard Brugh, 95, Rochester, died at 12:20 p.m. Oct. 15, 2014, at his residence. He born April 26, 1919, to Harry and Amy Barne Brugh. On July 23, 1939, in Logansport, he married Mildred Wentzel, who died Nov. 5, 2012. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Chaplain Steve Fleck officiating.
