Glen and Chris Jones, Rochester, announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle L. Jones, Bloomington, to Jerod A. Adler, Bloomington. He is the son of Dale and Cindy Adler, Decatur. The bride-to-be is a law student at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, expecting to graduate in May. She graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1998 and earned a master’s of science degree in 2002 and a master’s of education in 2005, both from Purdue University. The groom-elect is a law student at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, expecting to graduate in May. He graduated from Adams Central High School in 2001; earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University in 2005; and a master’s degree from Indiana State University in 2008. The couple plans an Oct. 12, 2013 wedding.
