Jon Cupp, Kosciusko County Health Department chief sanitarian, is moving to Florida and attended his last Kosciusko County Board of Health meeting Wednesday.
Cupp, who has worked for the health department for 14 years said, "I've enjoyed it, it's been a good chapter in my life. I just don't want to go too many pages too far."
Bob Weaver, who currently serves as deputy administrator, will take over Cupp's duties. Weaver is a communicable disease specialist as well as an environmental scientist. He has worked for the health department for 11 years.
John Waters has left the board of health and is being replaced by Bob Knudsen, who also works with the Kosciusko County Solid Waste Management District.
Democratic Party Chairman Steve Haines has suggested a replacement for Jeanne Thompson, who left the board after serving three years, but the name for the replacement has not been released.
