Scouting is a tool for parents. Scouts learn good citizenship, personal fitness and character in activities which are fun and educational.
Scouts do activities which other, non-Scout youth may never try.

The Scouting Advancement Program leads boys to explore more than 130 subjects ranging from aviation and atomic energy to sailing to zoology. Outdoor activities highlight Scouting programs, and include day camps and resident camps for younger scouts and weekend camporees and week long trips to various exciting locations like the Rocky Mountains or the Bahamas for older Scouts.

The Lincolnway District of Anthony Wayne Area Council serves Kosciusko and Whitley counties, including the cities of Warsaw, Columbia City, North Webster, South Whitley, Syracuse and more.
