NORTH MANCHESTER — Johnny Ray Spriggs, 73, North Manchester, died at 3:16 p.m. Oct. 22, 2017, in Parkview Huntington Hospital, Huntington.
He was born Sept. 22, 1944, in Logan County, W.Va., to Roosevelt and Grace M. Spears Spriggs. He was married to Patricia Carol Mercer on July 25, 1986. She survives.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with calling one hour prior, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester. Pastor J.P. Freeman and Chaplain Karen Kosberg will officiate, and burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
