John W. Arthur IIIJohn W. Arthur III, 59, Leesburg, died at 5:35 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.
He was born March 30, 1962, in Charleston, W.Va., to John W. and Janice Waggoner Arthur Jr.
He was married Dec. 12, 2000, to Beverly A. “Bev” Miller, who survives.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. No services are planned.
