NORTH MANCHESTER - John L. "Wally" Spiece, 60, of Huntington, died at 3:38 a.m. Feb. 21, 2010, in St Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born April 8, 1949, to Walter Jr. and Lavonne Merrick Spiece.
He was a retired barber. He graduated from Manchester High School in 1967, and International Barber School, Indianapolis, in 1968. He formerly worked at Pizza King, Warsaw.
Surviving are his mother, Lavonne Spiece, North Manchester.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
