John Jay HolleBOURBON – John Jay Holle, age 60, of Hendersonville, N.C., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Michael and Debbie Romine, after a courageous 17-year battle with cancer.

John was born March 6, 1962, in Kosciusko County, to the late John “Jack” and Barbara Freeman Holle. John lived in Arlington, Texas, for 30 years prior to moving to Hendersonville, N.C., in 2018. John is survived by his sisters: Debbie (Mike) Romine, of Hendersonville, N.C.; Tina (Dave) Plowman, of Cardington, Ohio; his brother, Brett Holle, of Hendersonville, N.C.; and his beloved dog, Snap. John was preceded in death by his parents, John “Jack” and Barbara Holle.

Jackson Funeral Services & Crematory in Hendersonville, N.C., are overseeing arrangements in North Carolina. Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home is honored to be providing the local services in celebrating the life of John.

In the spring, John will be laid to rest in Etna Green Cemetery beside his parents.
