He was born June 29, 1942, in Huntington, to John A. and Mabel Weimer Paul. On March 3, 1962, he married Carolyn Ray, who survives. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester, with Pastor Herb Flint officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
