John Ervin MortJohn Ervin Mort, 82, North Manchester, died at 9:03 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, at his home.
He was born July 20, 1939, in Indianapolis, to Loren and Ruth Callison Mort.
He served in the Indiana National Guard.
He was married July 15, 1978, in North Manchester, to Marsha K. Penrod, who survives.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 18 at North Manchester United Methodist Church. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 18 in the church. Burial will take place in the Fairview Cemetery, Servia, at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
