NORTH MANCHESTER – John C. “Jack” Sullivan, 86, North Manchester, died at 2:30 a.m. March 29, 2016, in his residence. He was born Aug. 24, 1929, in Akron, Ohio, to James H. and Eleanor L. Sullivan.
