NORTH MANCHESTER – John C. Hoover, 90, North Manchester, died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, at Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center, Warsaw. He was born March 23, 1929, in Gas City, to Raymond Homer Hoover and Genevieve Bauer. On April 9, 1951, he married Loreen Landis. She preceded him in death April 10, 2012. He served in the U.S. Army Combat Engineers 354 from 1950-1956. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, with calling one hour prior at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, and from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
