John B. BickelSYRACUSE – John B. Bickel, 75, Syracuse, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, at Goshen Hospital.
He was born Nov. 29, 1946, in Goshen, to Max and Margaret Girten Bickel.
He was United States Vietnam Army veteran where he served as an intelligence officer from 1968 – 1971 and received a bronze star. He was married on Dec. 22, 1973, in North Webster, to Constance A. “Connie” McNichol Graber, who survives.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21 at St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, Goshen. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 22 in the church with Father Matthew Wade officiating. Burial will follow in Syracuse Cemetery. Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
