ROCHESTER – John Arthur George Zumbaugh Cunningham, 64, of Rochester, died at 8:19 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2019, at Visiting Nurse Hospice of Fort Wayne.
He was born April 15, 1954, in Rochester. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lena Cunningham, and his birth parents, Larry Zumbaugh and May Cherry.
Survivors include a sister, Sharon Ann Simons of Rochester.
A service and reception to honor his life will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Safe Harbor Church, 1944 Sweetgum Road, Rochester.
