SYRACUSE - Joe Allen Auer, 55, of Churubusco, and formerly of Syracuse, died at 4:35 p.m. Nov. 17, 2008, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident near Churubusco.
He was born Jan. 21, 1953, in Warsaw, to George and Grace Held Auer, who preceded him in death.
He was a lifetime area resident.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with the Rev. Harlan Steffen officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Syracuse Cemetery.
No calling is planned.
