NAPPANEE - JoAnn Method, 83, of 608 W. Walnut St., Nappanee, died at 5:32 p.m. July 6, 2010, in her residence after a 6-month illness.
She was born April 2, 1927, in Plymouth, to Hiram Francis and Marjorie Morcombe Ritter. On April 13, 1946, in Bremen, she married Frank B. Method, who survives.
She was a Bremen High School graduate and was a dog groomer and veterinarian's assistant at Nappanee Veterinary Hospital.
Also surviving are a son, Richard (and spouse Kay) Method, Nappanee; three grandsons; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Charles (and spouse Beverly) Ritter, Nappanee. She was preceded in death by a sister.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, with Pastor Janet McFall-Brown officiating. Burial will be in Baintertown Cemetery, New Paris.
