First-graders at Madison Elementary School enjoyed a little "Jitter Juice" to help eliminate those first day of school jitters. The punch was served after reading the story “First Day Jitters” by Julie Danneberg. Many of the students claimed to “be a little nervous but not so much.” There sure were a lot of smiles and excitement as the new school year kicks off. Pictured are Hayden and Hailey from Mrs. Swihart’s class.
