Jerry D. Carr, 69, died at 6:50 p.m. May 15, 2012, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born June 19, 1942, in Hartford City, to Garth and Bertha Tudor Carr.
He entered the U.S. Navy June 22, 1959. SOGSN Jerry D. Carr was honorably discharged Oct. 13, 1961. Living most of his life in Kosciusko County, he was an assembler at Zimmer for 20 years, retiring in 1987. He was a member of Warsaw Eagles.
Surviving are three daughters, Melanie McNeill, North Webster, and Nikki (and spouse Charles J.) Brindle and Tabatha (and spouse Alex) Bruner, all of Warsaw; five grandchildren: Mason, Adrieanna, Maria, Christopher and Anthony; a great-granddaughter, Shealyn; a sister, Loretta E. Garver, Warsaw; and a half brother, Clint Gressell, Invah. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Carr.
Burial will be at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
