NAPPANEE – Jeremy Wayne Borkholder, 36, formerly of Nappanee, died at 5:15 a.m. April 9, 2015, at Signature Health Care in Bremen after a long illness following a scooter accident near Nappanee Aug. 13, 1995. He was born April 30, 1978, in Bremen, to Loren J. and Marilyn Hochstetler Borkholder. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at The Pond, 3403 E. County Line Road, Nappanee, with Home Ministry of Berea Christian Fellowship officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.
