Jeremy P. Childers, 30, of 1404 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, died at 8:37 p.m. Aug. 8, 2007, in his residence.
He was born Sep. 27, 1976, in Warsaw, to James and Judy Chappell Childers.
He was a lifetime Warsaw resident and a graduate of Warsaw Community High School.
Surviving are his parents; a son, Dylan Childers, Lehigh Acres, Fla.; a brother, Jerrod Childers, Winona Lake; a sister Mrs. Shane (Jessica) Cameron, Fort Worth, Texas; a grandmother, Marjorie Chappell, Winona Lake. He was preceded in death by a grandfather.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Robert Courtney officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.
