HUNTINGTON – Jeffrey Wayne Ryan,
age 27, of Huntington, died at noon
Monday, Aug. 12, 2019, at his home.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Aug, 17 at Bailey-Love
Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington.
Funeral services will immediately follow
at 5 p.m. Saturday at Bailey-Love
Mortuary with Tim Schoeff officiating.
Jeff was born on Sept. 4, 1991, in
Janesville, Wis., the son of Brad Ryan and
Charmin Byers. He graduated from Huntington North High
School in 2010. He then completed training from the
Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando, Fla., where he
became a certified motorcycle technician. He worked on
Yamaha, Honda and Kawasaki motorcycles at Lake City
Honda in Warsaw. He also worked at Brandt’s Harley
Davidson in Wabash and Marion. He loved to ride dirt bikes
and four-wheelers; he also enjoyed watching television. His
excellent cooking and grilling skills caused friends and family
to call him “Chef Jeff.”
Survivors include his father, Brad (Amanda Cross) Ryan,
of Roanoke; his mother, Charmin Byers, of Huntington;
brothers, Christopher (Emmalee) Ryan, of Huntington, and
Caleb Cross, of Roanoke; grandparents, Karen and Gerald
Wilcox, of Andrews; and a niece, Saoirse Ryan.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, John and Ruth
Ryan.
Bailey-Love Mortuary is honored to serve the family of
