SYRACUSE - Jeffrey L. Plumer, 52, of Cedar Key, Fla., and formerly of Syracuse, died of natural causes at 1:35 p.m. Sept. 16, 2007, in Haven Hospice, Chiefland, Fla.
He was born Oct. 20, 1954, in Grove City, Pa., to Charles and Eleanor Himrod Plumer.
He worked at McCarthy Brothers, St. Louis, Mo.; taught a Purdue for two years; and retired as president of Keidaish Vending Co., Ligonier. He graduated from Wawasee High School in 1972, and Purdue University and the University of Florida.
Surviving are his mother, Eleanor Plumer. He was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with the Rev. Jim Goldsmith officiating. Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
