Jeff was born July 27, 1960, in Huntington, to Earl Grindle and Janice Kistler Ferrel.
Family and friends may call Thursday, Feb. 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling on Feb. 17 at 2 p.m. with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
