Jeffrey Jorczak, 57, Warsaw, passed away at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018, in his residence.
He was born Jan. 1, 1961, in Muncie, to James and Judith Gotschall Jorczak.
A Warsaw resident for 40 years, he was a 1979 Wawasee High School graduate. He attended Indiana University, Bloomington and graduated from Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
He was formerly employed by Kosciusko Community Hospital as medical records technician.
Jeffrey was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with friends at Café Mod.
Survivors include his parents, Jim and Judy Jorczak, Leesburg; a brother, Jonathan (spouse Debra) Jorczak, Sebastopol, Calif.; a sister, Jennifer Martin, Warsaw; and nieces, Grace Martin, Sarasota, Fla., and Katherine Jorczak, Sebastopol.
He was preceded by his niece, Emma Martin, on June 16, 2009.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
His funeral service will follow immediately at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral chapel, with Pastor Steve Rahn officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
