NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF BUDGET ESTIMATES AND TAX LEVIES
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Jefferson Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the prope r officers of said Township at 13266 N 300 West Milford, IN 46542 on August 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. w ill conduct a public hearing on the year 2011 budget. Following this meeting any ten or more taxpayers may obj ect to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the p olitical sub division within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must identify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdiv ision shall adopt with its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforemen tioned hearing, the Township Board will meet at 13266 N 300 West Milford, IN on September 13, 2010at 7:00
p.m. to adopt the following budget.
