NOTICE ON FINAL ACCOUNT TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS

KAREN L. JEFFERSON
IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT
2018 TERM
ESTATE NO. 43D01-1709-ES-123
Take note that Bonnie Blaugh, as Personal Representative of the
named estate, has filed a final account in settlement of the estate with
a petition for distribution and that hearing thereon is scheduled for
July 27, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. At that time, or as soon as the matter can be
heard, the Court, subject to its discretion, will approve the account and
order distribution as requested unless objections are filed.
If any interested person has objections to the account or to the pro -
posed distribution, that person must, personally or by attorney, file writ -
ten objections, on or before July 27, 2018, and if not so filed, the objec -
tions will be waived. If objections are filed, trial upon the objections will
be scheduled at a later date. No person need appear if they are con -
tent with the account and proposed distribution. A copy of the
account and of the petition may be examined in the Clerk’s Office, or
a copy may be obtained from the Personal Representative or the
Personal Representative’s attorney.
