Jean R. Wiseman SYRACUSE – Jean R. Wiseman, 84, of Warsaw, died Dec. 22, 2012, in Mason Healthcare and Rehabilitation. She was born Oct. 11, 1927, in Goshen, to Chauncey L. and Grace Follis Bailey. On Feb. 24, 1946, she married Emery Wiseman, who preceded her in death in 1971. She was born and raised in Goshen and moved to Kosciusko County in 1949. She was a machine operator for GTI in Leesburg for 30 years. She was a member of the Country Bible Church in North Webster. She was formerly a member and past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are one daughter, Marta McDade, Winona Lake; one son, Gerald Wiseman, Warsaw; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Janet Madison, Florida; two half sisters, Betty Seymour, Middlebury, and Bonnie Boner, California; and one half brother, Roland Bailey, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by one son; one grandson; one granddaughter; two sisters; and four brothers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.
