Jean A. OwenJean A. Owen, 83, Goshen, and of Sarasota, Fla., died at 2:45 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, at The Waters of Syracuse.
She was born in Goshen on Nov. 16, 1939, to Benjamin and Dena Larimer Moser. She was married to Robert L. Owen in 1959; he died in 2014.
Services are entrusted to Titus Funeral Homes, Syracuse. The family is grieving privately though a memorial service may be held at a later date.
