Jay Pass, 60, formerly of Warsaw, passed away at 9:12 a.m. Jan. 9, 2015, at I.U. Health Goshen Hospital.
He was born March 15, 1954, in Warsaw, to Harvey Pass and Marjorie Cox Zurikowski.
He spent most of his life in Warsaw, had also resided in Michigan, and had most recently lived in Florida. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a truck driver as well as worked in construction.
Surviving are two sons: Damian (and spouse Jamie) Pass, Warsaw, and Toby Pass Rochester; two daughters, Tara (and spouse Paul) Walker, Melbourne, Australia, and Ellisha (and spouse Adam) Barmore, Louisville, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; and two brothers,  Kenneth (and spouse Deb) Pass, Middlebury, and Russell (and spouse Dana) Pass, Tallahassee, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor Dan Cox officiating. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post #49 and V.F.W. #1126 both of Warsaw.
