Jason Lee LemlerBOURBON – Jason Lee Lemler, born to Chris and Barbara Myers Lemler on July 25, 1981, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021.
Jason, a lifelong resident of Bourbon, married his love Ashley Sainer on Oct. 13, 2016. Together, they loved their four children: Landon Alexander (16), Aaliyah Janelle (9), Wyatt Dean (14) and Rylan Mikeal (12). Jason’s children were his pride and joy. When asked what they would want people to know about their dad, both Landon and Wyatt said there were too many things they wanted to share to condense their thoughts to a short sentence. Aaliyah smiled as she said, “My daddy was nice and he was kind and loving to everybody.” Rylan was filled with pride as he shared, “He always said that me and my brother were his sons.”
Jason, a 1999 graduate of Triton High School, spent countless hours on the wrestling mat throughout his life. As an adult he was passionate about coaching young men to do their best on and off the mat. Jason also served as a coach for the Triton Junior Football League.
In addition to his wife, children and parents, Jason was loved by his sister, Misty (Kristofer) Werley, of Bourbon; and his brother, Errik (Bridget) Lemler, of Tulsa, Okla. Jason’s nephews and niece, Jayden, Kaleb, Jack and Laura, looked up to him. He was adored by his grandparents, Doyne and Mary Snider and Noah and Irene Lemler, all of Bourbon. Jason’s large extended family will miss his fun loving spirit. Preceding Jason in death were his maternal grandfather, Roger Myers, and paternal grandmother, Laura Lemler.
There will be a celebration of Jason’s life at Back Forty in Bourbon on Dec. 5 at 4 p.m.
Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home is privileged to be assisting the Lemler family.
Thank you, our community, for the outpouring support during this difficult time.
