ROCHESTER – Janet Lee Andrews, 74, Rochester, died at 5:15 p.m. May 15, 2016, at Woodlawn Hospital. She was born Sept. 8, 1941, in Rochester, to Leonard and Marjery Woodcox Moore. On March 18, 1958, in Rochester, she married Jerry Lee Andrews, who survives.
