Janet A. Moore, 53, died Nov. 3, 2008, in her residence.
She was born Nov. 14, 1954, in Warsaw, to Charles E. and Gloria Cook Moore.
She earned her GED in 1976, and an associate in arts degree on May 25, 1985, from Ancilla College, Donaldson. She moved to Peru from Warsaw six months ago.
Surviving are a brother, Stephen R. (and spouse Lynda) Moore, Utica, Ohio; an aunt, Elaine (and spouse Paul) Evans, Fort Wayne; two uncles, Ed and David Cook, both of Warsaw; three nieces: Michelle (and spouse Jimmy) Zernial, Silsbee, Texas, and Heather (and spouse Bryon) Buck, St. Joseph, Mich.; and Jennifer (and spouse Scott) Simmons, Centerburg, Ohio; and five great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Moore, who died Jan. 27, 2008, and her father, Charles Moore, who died Jan. 8, 1999.
No services are planned at this time.
