ROCHESTER – James M. Downs III, 51, Rochester, died Jan. 19, 2014, at Lake Manitou following a snowmobile accident. He was born Jan. 9, 1963, in Rochester, to James M. II and Cressia King Downs. On June 11, 1983, in Rochester, he married Brenda E. Walters, who survives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Grace United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Maurice Grindle officiating.
