NORTH MANCHESTER – James Lee Garman, 73, North Manchester, died at 1:35 p.m. Sept. 7, 2015, surrounded by his wife and daughters in his residence. He was born Oct. 7, 1941, in Warsaw, to Wayne R. and Mary Piper Garman. On Aug. 1, 1981, he married Eva “Evelyn” Bradford, who survives. After graduation he enlisted in the Army National Guard where he served locally in the Midwest. There are no services or calling planned at this time.
