James L. Pearson, 71, of Sand Springs, Okla., and formerly of the North Webster area, died at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 12, 2008, in Tulsa Hospital, after a long illness.
He was born July 22 to Jasper and Audalene Pearson. He was married to Debi Pearson for 26 years.
He was a retired foundry foreman and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Surviving are his children: Jamie Bickel, Kim Walgamuth and Jim Pearson, all of Warsaw; Shelly Coffelt, Wauseon, Ohio; and Christina, Nicole and Donnie Pearson, all of Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Faye Gross, Oswego, and Vonnie Wiggs, Pierceton; and two brothers, Ronald and John Pearson, both of North Webster.
Services will be at a later date.
Smith Funeral Home, Sapulpa, Okla., is in charge of arrangements.
