BOURBON – James Forrest Holderman, 72, of Warsaw, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026.
James was born on Oct. 21, 1953, to Forrest Welcome and Willodene Holderman in Warsaw. He graduated from Triton High School in 1972 and received an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech. He married Cheryl Shearer on March 18, 1978. He worked as a Dynamics AX administrator for Transhield in Elkhart. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, the Chicago Bears, Disney and spending time with his family.
James is survived by his wife, Cheryl Holderman, of Warsaw,; his sons: Morgan (Maggie) Holderman, of Warsaw; Spenser (Savannah) Holderman, of Columbia City; his grandchildren: Peyton Holderman, Avah Mosley, Logan Holderman; his niece, Mackenzie Isaacs, of Chicago; his sister, Becky (Danny) Schuh, of Warsaw; his brother, Paul (Mindy) Holderman, of Etna Green; and his sister-in-law, Vickie Shearer, of Warsaw.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Willodene Holderman.
