NORTH MANCHESTER – James E. Rowe, 89, North Manchester, died at 1 p.m. Dec. 28, 2014, in Timbercrest Healthcare Center, North Manchester. He was born Feb. 17, 1925, in Woodworth, Ohio, to Ernest and Ruth Garver Rowe. On June 11, 1949, he married Ruth H. Bendsen, who died May 13, 2012. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Timbercrest Chapel, North Manchester, with Pastors Kurt Borgmann and Karen Eberly officiating. Burial is in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester.
