James Allan ‘Al’ Campbell Jr.James Allan “Al” Campbell Jr., died March 26, 2023, at his home on Lake Wawasee.
Al was born in Richmond on May 11, 1930.
Al served his country as a Marine and fought in the Korean War, earning a Purple Heart.
He married Dottie in Indianapolis.
A celebration of life will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio, Friday, May 12 at Spring Grove Funeral Home, 4389 Spring Grove Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is at 1 p.m. with service at 2 p.m. A casual “Al style” Lake Wawasee Celebration will be held Saturday, July 8 at W.A.C.F, 11586 N. Ind. 13, Syracuse, beginning at 3 p.m.
