Warsaw Police Dept. Ptl. Joe Hawn escorts his 'prisoner,' Wal-Mart manager Gary Elders, into 'jail' Thursday afternoon. The event was the Jail and Bail conducted annually to raise funds for the March of Dimes. Members of the community are arrested and must bail themselves out by seeking contributions over the telephone from friends and associates. Jeff Thornburg, president of Dekko Heating Technologies, already in jail at right, makes calls to raise bail money.
