Jacquline Burnworth Ader, 84, formerly of Warsaw, died Dec. 9, 2012, in Bull Head City, Ariz. She was born to Oren and Lillian Burnworth. Surviving are her son, Richard Wagner Sr.; two grandsons; and a great-grandson. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Westfield, with Pastor Tim Krupski officiating. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
