Jacqueline Sanders, 90, Tampa, Fla., formerly of Warsaw, passed away Sept. 28, 2018, in her residence.
She was born Aug. 28, 1928, in Indianapolis, to Jacob and Loretta Ripplemeir Perry. On April 12, 1946, she was united in marriage in Indianapolis to Albert J. Sanders.
She worked as a bookkeeper for Bodkin Abstract, retiring in 1995.
She was a member and past president of American Legion Auxiliary Post 49 and the VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by her son, John Sanders, Wanamaker; daughter, Leona Zambrano, Tampa; and numerous grandchildren.
She was preceded by her husband, Albert; a son, Robert Sanders; her parents; and her sisters, Leona Borden and Blanche Allison.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at Oakwood Cemetery Legion Circle in Warsaw, with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with arrangements.
